What is ULTRA CZECH 515?+
A three-day ultra-distance triathlon covering 515 km: 10 km swim, 421 km bike and 84 km run.
When is the race?+
3–5 September 2027. Athlete registration and the mandatory race briefing are planned for 2 September 2027.
Where is it held?+
Labe Arena Račice, Račice 130, 411 08 Štětí, Czech Republic.
Do I need a support crew?+
Yes. Every athlete must have their own support crew of 1–4 people and designate a crew captain.
What are the qualification requirements?+
For 2027, athletes must have completed at least one full-distance 226 km triathlon within the previous 24 months in under 14 hours. This refers to the distance, not the IRONMAN brand. Qualification is verified by the organiser.
What are the daily cut-offs?+
The swim cut-off is 14:00, six hours after the 08:00 start. The daily cut-off is 20:00 on every race day, twelve hours after the start.
Is the field limited?+
Yes. The 2027 field is capped at 30 athletes.
What is the entry fee?+
The 2027 entry fee is CZK 15,000. Payment details are sent by email immediately after the application is submitted. Payment alone does not yet confirm the start slot; the organiser first verifies that the athlete meets the qualification requirements.
Do I need a medical certificate?+
A separate doctor-issued medical certificate is not required. Athletes declare their medical and physical fitness in the application and sign the waiver / participant declaration again at on-site check-in.
Can I transfer my entry?+
Yes, to another eligible athlete up to 30 days before the event. The replacement athlete must meet all qualification and registration requirements.
What if I withdraw?+
Ordinary athlete withdrawal does not qualify for a refund.
What happens in a force-majeure situation?+
If force majeure prevents the event before the start, the organiser may postpone it and transfer the entry to a replacement date or future edition, subject to mandatory law. If a serious safety situation arises after racing has begun, the organiser may stop or cancel the race or stage; the race is not automatically replayed or rescheduled.
