PARTICIPANT DECLARATION

What I acknowledge

I understand the exceptional physical and psychological demands of a three-day ultra triathlon. I have assessed my readiness and believe I am fit to participate. If in doubt, I will seek medical assessment.

I understand risks including injury, serious harm or death, exhaustion, dehydration, hypothermia or overheating, collisions and extreme weather. Road traffic may also be relevant depending on actual arrangements.

I will follow the rules and instructions from organisers and medical personnel. I will respect withdrawal from racing, course changes, suspension or cancellation for safety reasons. I will notify the organiser if I withdraw.

I will arrange my own crew, required equipment, nutrition and insurance. I will brief my team on rules and emergency procedures. I will not submit detailed diagnoses through the registration form.

I have read the transfer, withdrawal and force-majeure terms. Any transfer to a replacement or future event remains subject to participants’ statutory rights and the specific circumstances.

This declaration is not a waiver of rights that cannot validly be waived, nor an exclusion of organiser liability contrary to law.

Photography and video

Any consent to use identifiable portraits for promotion is separate, optional and not a condition of participation. It may be withdrawn for future use via the contact email. Processing of photos, video and results is governed by the privacy policy.
