Organiser and event
Little Big Gym s.r.o.Rybná 716/24, 110 00 Praha 1 – Staré Město, Česká republikaCompany ID: 05001927Commercial Register: Městský soud v Praze, oddíl C, vložka 256882ultraczech515@gmail.com+420608121740ULTRA CZECH 515 is a three-day ultra-distance triathlon on 3–5 September 2027 at Labe Arena Račice. It includes a 10 km swim, 421 km of cycling and an 84 km run.
Price, entry and payment
The 2027 entry fee is CZK 15,000 per athlete. Capacity is limited to 30 athletes. Entrants must be at least 18 and must have finished a full-distance (226 km) triathlon within the previous 24 months in under 14 hours, subject to organiser verification. Each athlete must have a crew of 1–4 people.
Applications are submitted online. Athletes receive an acknowledgement after submitting an application. When payment instructions are active, they are sent by email. A start slot is not finally confirmed until qualification and payment are verified.
Withdrawal, transfer and event changes
Under the organiser’s confirmed policy, entry may be transferred to another eligible athlete up to 30 days before the event, subject to organiser approval. Ordinary athlete withdrawal does not give rise to a refund. Force-majeure, interruption and postponement rules are set out in the race rules. Non-excludable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Leisure services booked for a specified date may fall under a statutory exception to the usual 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. This does not affect consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Questions, complaints and alternative dispute resolution
For questions or complaints, email ultraczech515@gmail.com with your name, registration reference (if any), description of the issue and desired resolution. Complaints and claims will be assessed under applicable law.
If a consumer dispute over a service contract cannot be resolved directly with the organiser, the consumer may approach the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, which provides alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
